Cathodic protection joint (CPJ)

Used by many oil and utility companies throughout the world, the main applications for these cable joints include:-

• Jointing of single core DC feeder to anode cable for cathodic protection of pipelines, jetties, tanks and buried structures.
• Suitable for jointing single core cables up to 95mm²
• Designed to meet the requirements of BS 7888:1998

Heatshrink anode caps

Heatshrink anode caps are used to seal and protect the critical connection between the lead wire and anode.

Providing stress relief, moisture proofing and electrical insulation at the lead wire exit point, it is the ideal solution to the problem of premature system failure due to corrosion causing the lead wire to come out of the anode.
