Besides the extensive standard assortment, Filoform & ISP develops and  produces special products to customer specifications. To support this activity, we have our own R&D department with extensive and modern laboratory facilities. This laboratory is managed by a very creative and experienced R&D manager who can help to solve your problems with a professional and structural approach in order to create cost saving solutions with a focus on your individual situation.

The R&D department is equipped with modern 3-D drawing software, and has the possibility to present rapid prototypes within a short timeframe.

For different production techniques, Filoform / ISP have a network of specialised subcontractors. Together these subcontractors are capable of supplying state of the art components and half-fabricated products; Therefore,  Filoform / ISP have access to techniques like injection moulding, extrusion, casting, and all other mechanical shaping techniques.
 
Products developed by Filoform / ISP are extensively tested in our own laboratory, and in-situ live test application. If required, further testing can be carried out by official testing Institutes like TNO, KEMA, etc.
